Sadhguru answers "What is cool life?"

Do aliens exist? Is humanity poised to become a multi-planetary species? What are the possibilities and limitations of space missions in exploring the deepest mysteries of the cosmos and consciousness? In an effort to explore some of these questions that have puzzled humanity for centuries, on 11 October 2025, Sadhguru Center for a Conscious Planet hosted an insightful conversation between Commander Sunita Williams, US Navy officer and NASA Astronaut, and Sadhguru titled "Conscious Space Exploration.” The conversation was moderated by Dr. Kavya Manyapu, Space Scientist, Innovator, and Educator at NASA, and was held at Harvard Medical School.

Sadhguru responds to a question about past lives and explains why exploring them on the level of one’s memory can be dangerous. He also speaks about Samyama – an 8-day advanced meditation program – that helps participants dissolve unconscious layers of the mind and experience a profound sense of liberation.
