About Yogeshwara Linga
Consecrated by Sadhguru as a manifestation of five of the major chakras in the human system, the Yogeshwara Linga is immensely supportive for one's sadhana and allows one to experientially explore dimensions beyond the senses.

In the powerful presence of Adiyogi and Yogeshwara Linga at Isha Yoga Center Coimbatore, Adiyogi Arpanam Sevakas (volunteers) assist in setting up and winding down the space, maintaining its ambiance, and guiding visitors – all of which support thousands in experiencing the transformative nature of this consecrated space.
Eligibility
Men aged 18 and above who have completed the Samyama program are eligible to apply.
Duration
Adiyogi Arpanam (18 days) comprises 3 days of silence, followed by 15 days of Karma Sadhana from purnima to amavasya or amavasya to purnima.

No. Adiyogi Arpanam is offered without a fee. If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can apply. The only requirement is a commitment and willingness to be here for the entire duration.
No. Given the intense schedule of Adiyogi Arpanam, it will not be possible to attend any programs during the 18-day period.
No. During the period of Adiyogi Arpanam, volunteers are expected to be fully immersed in the activities at Yogeshwara Linga. Please ensure that you do not have any other commitments at the Isha Yoga Center or elsewhere during this time.
No, this opportunity is open only for gents.
Any regular medicines, toiletries and clothing for 18 days. A wrist watch is mandatory for Adiyogi Arpanam.
Appropriate clothing will be provided when doing Karma Sadhana at Yogeshwara Linga.
In addition, please ensure you bring enough clothing for your silence period and sleepwear.
Accommodation is provided within the Isha Yoga Center.
Shared dormitory-style accommodation and bathroom facilities are provided.
Two wholesome, vegetarian meals will be provided daily, as well as a hot drink or kanji (porridge) in the afternoon. The first meal is at 10:00 AM and the second is at 7:00 PM.
If you have any special dietary needs, please make your own arrangements, as the kitchen is not equipped to accommodate specific requests.
