On 15 April, the Delaware State Senate hosted Sadhguru for a special session, where he highlighted the growing challenges of mental health, especially among young people. He emphasized the need to equip individuals with simple tools to manage their thoughts and emotions, and thereby take charge of their mental wellbeing. He spoke about Miracle of Mind, a free app offering a 7-minute meditation, designed to empower people to create inner balance and wellbeing.
