ನೀವು ಹೇಗೆ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಬಹುದು?

1. ಕ್ರೀಡೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ: ವಾಲೀಬಾಲ್, ಥ್ರೋಬಾಲ್ ಅಥವಾ ಕಬಡ್ಡಿ.

2. ತಂಡವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿ: ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಆಟಗಾರರನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿ.

3. ತಂಡವನ್ನು ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿ: ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಗಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿ.

4. ವಯೋಮಿತಿ : ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು 14 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
