Frequently Asked Questions
Registration is mandatory for participating in the program. Anyone over 15 years of age can register.
Completion of the Inner Engineering or Isha Yoga Program, including the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya or Shoonya meditation, is a prerequisite for attending this program.
This program will happen at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore and at many local centres across Tamil Nadu & Kerala.
However, people residing in other states/countries can register and participate in the programme. If you are traveling from other states or countries, please book your flight tickets only after you have successfully registered and received your e-receipt. Please manage any Visa and travel requirements, including having a valid passport.

Participants can register only for themselves using their personal email ID or mobile number. The same email or mobile number cannot be used for another registration.
The program will begin at 10:00 AM IST and tentatively end around 7:00 PM IST.
Over 10,000 participants are expected at the Isha Yoga Center Coimbatore, and thousands more at local centers in Tamil Nadu.
It is recommended to arrive at least 2 hours before the program begins to allow sufficient time for check-in. Please plan to be seated at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the program.
Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before canceling your booking:
a. No requests for a refund will be accepted after 20 July 2025, or for no-shows, or for incomplete attendance of the program.
b. If a refund request is received on or before 20 July 2025, a 20% deduction of the program fee will be applied for cancellations.
c. The terms mentioned above may be revised at the sole discretion of the organization.
d. The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.
No. Registrations will close on 31 July or sooner based on seat availability.
Additionally, you must have completed Inner Engineering or the Isha Yoga Program, including the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya or Shoonya Meditation, to be eligible to attend the Guruvin Madiyil program.
Please note that latecomers will not be allowed entry. This is to ensure that other participants are not disturbed during the program. Please plan your arrival early, ideally 2 hours ahead of the scheduled time, to complete your check-in process and be seated before the program starts.
The program will be conducted in Tamil. No translation will be available during the program.
While there are no specific guidelines for the dress code, wearing loose and comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather conditions is recommended.
Childcare is unavailable during the program. However, anyone over 15 years of age can participate in the event as long as they fulfill the prerequisites.
Cloakroom facilities are not available at the venue. There is no provision for storage inside the program hall. Please note that you can only bring a small personal item. No other luggage will be permissible in the hall due to security considerations.
Taking photos and videos inside the program hall is not permitted.
For the program at the Isha Yoga Center:
Accommodation is only available for the night of 3 August for selected seating categories. If you wish to stay before or after the program, please make your own arrangements.
For programs at local centers:
Overnight accommodation is not available at the venue. However, there are several hotels nearby for your convenience.
For Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore: Government buses and rental cabs are available from the airport, railway station, and Gandhipuram bus stand.

Cab: You can take Red Taxi services or any rideshare app from the airport, railway station, and bus stand.
Bus: Route No. 14D is available from Gandhipuram bus stand and railway station to Isha Yoga Center.
There are many government buses available from the airport to the Gandhipuram bus stand.
There will be adequate parking available at the venue, but to avoid crowding, we recommend that you arrive at the venue at least 2 hours ahead of the program.
