I do not believe in Religion; Is Religion important?

Sadhguru answers a question from a person who is unable to connect with either of his parents’ religions, and is wondering whether religion is important.

Our ideas of God sprung from a need to explain the creation, and vary from culture to culture, Sadhguru says.

During a conversation in South Africa, Pravin Gordhan asks Sadhguru for his thoughts on religious tolerance and co-existence. Tolerating someone, Sadhguru replies, is a horrible thing, which will not last long. He asks, why can’t we become sincere enough to admit, “What I know, I know. What I don’t know, I don’t know.”
