Mahalaya Amavasya

The yearly Kalabhairava Shanti process on Mahalaya Amavasya will be held at Linga Bhairavi on 25 September 2022.

Conducted on this auspicious new moon night, the process has been specially designed to help dissolve the Runanubandha between blood relatives for both the living and the dead. This ritual can be done every year on Mahalaya Amavasya for departed family members and loved ones.

To perform the Kalabhairava Shanti process, you would need to provide a photograph of the deceased along with their name. You can also provide the date/year of birth and date/year of death OR names of both mother and father of the deceased if you have them. The process will be conducted at Linga Bhairavi.
