Everything on the planet is in a process of continuous transformation, says Sadhguru, but if you are a stagnant pool, you are a wasted life. The spiritual process means subtracting the terrible things each day, and as Sadhguru explains, the most terrible thing about human beings is when they are not sensitive to the life around them.
In this intense summer season, many farmers and others whose survival depends on the land are suffering and enduring many hardships. Sadhguru speaks about the history of India and the extreme struggles the nation has survived. When the land heats up, he says, you cannot control the heat, but you can become a solar panel.
What does it mean to become a full-fledged human being? Sadhguru explains that the change doesn’t happen slowly. When such an explosion happens, it is a phenomenon that no one can miss. Only when we enjoy and exercise the privilege of choosing to create our lives the way we want, Sadhguru says, can we call ourselves “full-fledged”.
