Earlier this week, the trainees took a trip to the ancient Perur temple in Coimbatore, for a glimpse of the intricacies and science of temple building.
On the way back, they stopped by at a farm and enjoyed food and games with each other, in the company of honey bees and a breathtaking backdrop of mountains.
They have also been learning Angamardana, a powerful exercise system rooted in yoga. Angamardana will supplement the other Hatha Yoga practices that the trainees have been learning and practicing on a daily basis.
