Starting with the topic of children and marriage, Sadhguru addressed a fundamental problem common to human relationships and explained the importance of friendship in this respect. The latter half of the interview saw a turn toward our increasing reliance upon electric vehicles, and how that could lead to issues in the future. Sadhguru closed the session by emphasizing the importance of vision in both business and life.

Stanford Professor in Conversation With Sadhguru on the ‘Ideal Village’

Dr. Kanwaljeet Sunny Anand, Professor of Pediatrics, Anesthesiology, Perioperative & Pain Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine, and Sadhguru focused in this conversation on two broad topics: economics and living conditions. Sadhguru highlighted the plight of children in rural India, and how there isn’t enough micronutrient and vitamin content in the food due to soil degradation, causing stunted growth. He elaborated on the need to bring back a sense of community among the farmers. Also, Dr. Sunny shared his experience of running a morning breakfast program that provides a nutritious meal for schoolchildren from low-income backgrounds.

Rudraksha Diksha Online Initiation

The Rudraksha Diksha Initiation was conducted by Sadhguru in the presence of Adiyogi at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, and people from all over the world participated online. After receiving guidance on the correct use and care of the rudraksha, participants went through a process to enhance their receptivity and learned a certain chant. Sadhguru explained the significance of the Rudraksha Diksha, and how it is especially beneficial to those who get easily swayed, distracted, or pulled off their path in life.
