In February, 32 Latvian tourists visited Isha Yoga Center through the Omkar and Yatra Group Tour company. They stayed at the center for 4 days, immersing themselves in the activities of the Yoga Center, despite no previous exposure to yoga. Omkar Tour Group had organized the visit, as the tour operator in Latvia had previously visited the Dhyanalinga and wanted the tour participants to experience the place.
The Latvian group participated in volunteering at the center, learned some basic yogic practices, and even participated in the Pournami Pooja, which happens at the Linga Bhairavi. This is the first time an independent tour group from Eastern Europe has visited the Yoga Center. Watch the video to see how they experienced their stay at the center.
