Darshan With Sadhguru at the iii
10 Jun
An enchanting night in the presence of Sadhguru at Isha Institute of Inner-sciences in McMinnville, Tennessee, attracted seekers from near and far.
Sadhguru spoke about the phenomenon of time, and how it is always perceived as presence rather than a linear progression. The goal of yogic practices is to achieve mukti, or liberation, which frees an individual from the cycle of life and death. This means transcending the physical world, instincts, and compulsions that bind one to the effects of time. However, most people only seek liberation when they experience pain and suffering. True liberation, achieved through Yoga, allows one to love and bond with anything in the universe, and experience life on a profound level, enhancing the ability to fulfill one’s commitments while remaining free within oneself.

Sadhguru Addresses the Norwegian Parliament on Save Soil
16 Jun
Sadhguru was warmly welcomed by former Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Program, Erik Solheim, and others at the Norwegian Parliament in Oslo. In his address, Sadhguru spoke about the importance of saving soil. He said that soil health and human health are deeply connected, as healthy soil supports thriving ecosystems, which in turn support our own well-being. Soil is the largest living system in the known universe, and a lack of organic content in soil can lead to desertification.
Sadhguru pointed out that currently, hardly any nation has an average of 3% organic content in their soil, and 27,000 species are going extinct per year. Addressing this issue requires global cooperation and policy changes, such as implementing laws to ensure the maintenance of healthy agricultural land. Increasing tree-based agriculture has shown success in India, improving land health and farmer income, and could be part of a broader solution to soil degradation.

Meet, Mingle and Meditate With Sadhguru in London
18 Jun
On Sunday, 18 June, Sadhguru held a massive Meet, Mingle, and Meditate event in London, attended by 12,000 people. This gathering marked two milestones, as it was Isha’s largest event outside of India so far, and the UK’s largest-ever meditation event. Hundreds of volunteers from around the world collaborated to manage the innumerable tasks needed to make it happen, including setting up 12,000 chairs!
Sadhguru addressed a range of topics, such as the importance of being alert and focused in life, as well as turning inward instead of relying on external factors for one’s inner wellbeing. Being blissed out and unprejudiced allows individuals to see and know life the way it is. He emphasized the availability of various tools for transformation, which can enhance one’s sense of balance and consciousness.
The event concluded with a powerful guided meditation and an inspiring Q&A session, allowing attendees (many of whom were in the physical presence of Sadhguru for the first time) to experience more than a taste of the transformative power of Yoga.
