IN WHISPERS

Dome

What takes one so long

So so long to see

What is right there?

What takes one so long

To perceive

The absolute simplicity

In this intricate complexity?

How many times did I step inside

Myself

Without seeing

Without knowing

Stupid oh stupid me

To be so blind

No eyes to see

The beauty, the bounty, the bliss

Of the Dome

What takes one so long to see

The reflective dance of the senses

Blinding in their beauty

The eye that could have seen

The fountain overflowing?

Oh if I have learnt one thing,

it is to be patient

for everything that has to flower

will flower

in my Dome
