In this week’s Spot, Sadhguru answers questions about rituals and the Devi. “The beauty of ritual is that even somebody who is ignorant of everything can participate and benefit from a ritual if it is conducted as a scientific process. It is a way of generating energy for the community. I am becoming a little more gentle, a little more compassionate – sort of moving from hard love to soft love. So that’s why Devi; it’s an expression of maternal compassion.”

On November 23rd at midnight, on the auspicious day of Shivarathri, Sadhguru offered Linga Bhairavi Yantras to over 100 people at the Isha Yoga center. Part of an effort to bring the benefit of living in a consecrated space to large numbers of people, these yantras are highly energized forms which can be kept in one’s home or office. Physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, as well as a healthy, successful, and prosperous life will be a natural outcome.

Traditionally, yantras are certain forms designed and created to receive particular benefits. However, the Linga Bhairavi yantras and miniature Devi temples are very unique and the scope of their benefits are manifold.
