• Click the ‘Give Monthly’ button

• Choose the amount you want to donate or enter a custom amount

• Select or enter the number of months you would like to donate for

• Enter the donation day of the month and click 'Continue'

• Log in using your existing SSO credentials if you have one, or sign up and proceed

• Enter your personal details including citizenship, address and click 'Continue'

• Complete the OTP verification

• Proceed with Payment. You can choose different modes of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking). Complete the transaction by filling in the necessary details.

You will receive a confirmation email and e-receipt on every successful donation

• Under your profile, select 'Recurring Donations' 

• All your active recurring donations will be visible here

• Status of the donation would also be reflected on the page for all monthly donations set up by you

• Click on 'Stop all future donations'. The system will prompt for confirmation before stopping donations 

• Once the donation is stopped, you will receive a confirmation email

• The cancellation should be made at least 10 days before the next installment is due

• The amount already debited from your account cannot be refunded

For online monthly donations, you provide the monthly amount, number of months, scheduled payment date and mode of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) while signing up to make the donation. This information decides the donation schedule.

For Net Banking, the payment authorization may take up to two working days. For Credit Cards and Debit Cards, the payment authorization will happen immediately.

Your first donation will happen as per the mandate after payment authorization.
