Throughout the program, a Resource Leader will be assigned to your table, allowing you the chance for one-on-one interactions. They will guide you through sessions and various workshop-style activities, allowing you to ask questions and seek their expertise.  Recent Resource Leaders have included notable professionals such as Amit Anchal (Chief of Group Strategy & Corporate Finance at OLA, OLA Electric) and Gajendra Chandel (Former President, Tata Motors).  

 A Speaker is an experienced individual with expertise in a specific field, sharing insights on topics such as organizational culture, talent nurturing and more. They provide valuable learning to participants. For example, in HINAR 2023, Anuradha Razdan, CHRO, Unilever, South Asia, spoke about how Unilevers' successful endeavors in diversifying their organizational culture has resulted in the organization producing remarkable business leaders every year. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions to the Speaker during a Q&A session following their presentation.

 Yes, accommodation is provided at the Isha Yoga Center on an individual-occupancy basis as part of the program. The Isha Yoga Center offers comfortable and clean residential facilities to ensure a conducive environment for learning and inner exploration.

Refund, Cancellation, and Substitution Policy :

• Substitution of your registration with another participant is permitted without additional charges.

• Your request for cancellation / substitution should be sent in writing to leadership@ishainsight.org and is subject to approval.

• Cancellation requests made 28 days prior to the program will result in a refund of 90% of the program fees you have paid.

• Cancellation requests received between 28 to 22 days (including the 28th and 22nd day) prior to the program will result in a refund of 50% of the program fees.

• No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests received within 21 days of the program’s start date (including the 21st day).
