Sadhguru Darshan on New Year’s Eve: A Conscious Beginning

On 31 December 2024, a sea of volunteers and guests gathered in the presence of Adiyogi at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore for a special Sadhguru Darshan, which was livestreamed worldwide.

With the clock ticking down to a new year, Sadhguru offered a powerful reminder: our time here is fleeting. He didn’t sugarcoat it – everything physical, us included, has an expiration date. Instead of letting that weigh us down, he urged us to rise above our limitations and time’s relentless march. “Don’t let time crush you; learn to ride it.” he said.

It was a call to cultivate our life energies, dip into the source of creation within us, and step into the new year with purpose – not an existence passively swept away by time. He emphasized individual transformation: not just chasing goals, but establishing a joyous existence, built on awareness and becoming our most wonderful selves. This wasn’t just a talk; it was an invitation to an inward journey, towards a life brimming with intent and joy.
