Super Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

½ cup blueberries or pomegranate seeds or grapes (or any other fruit of your choice)

1 banana (or 1 small, peeled zucchini)

½ cup almond milk

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon coconut oil

¼ teaspoon cardamom powder

¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass to serve.
