The original Ananda Alai was a series of mega programs conducted by Sadhguru in 2011 with the vision of offering at least one drop of spirituality to everyone in Tamil Nadu. The wave of bliss that swept the state ten years ago recently received a booster dose in the form of an online refresher course that included guided Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, videos of incisive Sadhguru talks on various topics, and a deeper look at the Inner Engineering tools.

The response was overwhelming, with almost 11,000 people registering for the five-day class. Many participants shared how it rekindled the flame of inner transformation in them and what an immense support it was during this pandemic.

Similar online refresher courses are being planned in other languages in the near future.

A participant shared:

“Just being in this space and listening to Sadhguru again is like opening a lock, almost like a cleansing from within, each time. It was just what I needed. I bow down to every volunteer who made it happen.”

O Master
The lamp that you lit within
I left it in the wind
Darkness surrounded and life fading
Yet you kept my lamp on
Even with the strong winds blowing
Now the lamp has been relit
The audacious fool that I am
Wanting to take over from you
Let this lamp glow and keep glowing forever
