Inner Engineering Online provides tools and solutions to empower yourself to recreate your life the way you want it. Inner Engineering Online

How is the Inner Engineering Online class structured?

Inner Engineering Online is a sequence of 7 classes; each class is a 60-90 minute streamed video. At the end of each class, a guided meditation is offered and 10-15 minutes are dedicated to completing awareness assignments. The course is a step-by-step process, so you need to watch each class in its entirety.

Can I rewind and re-watch the program as often as I want?

In order to simulate a live class, the option for rewinding, fast-forwarding or watching the class again is not available. You do have the facility for a 30-second rewind within a class if you miss something and need to hear it again. Once you complete a class, you will be systematically led to the next one. Therefore, it is absolutely essential that you are able to dedicate the time needed for each session without interruptions.

How much time do I have to finish Inner Engineering Online?

Once you register for the program, participants have to complete the program by 18th December, 2019.

Is it recommended to finish the class in one sitting or is it better to give a few days of gap between each session?

It is not necessary to finish all 7 sessions in one sitting, but it is also not the best option to leave too much gap between sessions. You can manage your time according to your daily activities, but you should ensure to complete the program before 18th December, 2019.

What is the support available if I have questions?

Specific questions related to the program will be addressed in the treasure trove section at the end of every class, which will be open to you after you complete the class. What is the difference between Inner Engineering Online and the Inner Engineering 7-day teacher-led program?

With Inner Engineering Online, you can access the sessions from anywhere there is an internet connection, at your own convenience. The course contains 7 online sessions with 60-90 minutes of high definition video with Sadhguru. After completion of the online program, you continue with the live Inner Engineering Completion Program. The Inner Engineering 7-day teacher-led program is a live course facilitated by an Isha Teacher and includes all aspects of Inner Engineering Online, as well as the Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya. The programs are offered on specific dates in specific locations across India.

What is the difference between watching Sadhguru on YouTube and the Inner Engineering course?

The YouTube videos are insights into various topics and are not a program or a method. Who can attend?

The program is for anyone age 15 and above and does not require physical agility or any previous experience of yoga.

Can I skip a session on Day 1 or Day 2?

Attendance for all sessions is mandatory for you to complete the program and derive its full benefits. In case you are unable to attend any of the sessions, then you will not be able to continue with the completion program. Please refer to the registration and cancellation policy for details.

Can I carry some snack or food to eat during the session or breaks?

Participants will be provided with an evening snack on Day 1. A vegetarian breakfast and lunch will be provided on Day 2.

I am on regular medication. Can I bring my medicines?

Participants may bring their regular or emergency medications.

What do I need to know before coming? What should I bring?

Participants are recommended to wear loose and comfortable clothing to be able to comfortably sit on the floor. If you wish, you may bring a cushion or yoga mat for sitting.

Isha Foundation is a non-profit volunteer organization that addresses all aspects of human wellbeing. From its powerful yoga programs for inner transformation to its inspiring social and environmental projects, Isha activities are designed to create an inclusive culture as a basis for global peace and development.

The program is priced this way only to meet the program expenses. Apart from early bird discounts, we offer special program discounts for students, police and the armed forces.

The program is two full days and includes two meals on the second day, so it is priced accordingly.

Can children accompany me for the program?

Children below 15 years of age will not be allowed to enter the venue. As child care services for younger children will not be provided at the venue, it is best not to bring children to the program.

What time can I check in? Do you need ID proof?

Please arrive at least an hour before the program start time and allow additional time for traffic delays, parking and completing check-in formalities. Please carry a govt. issued photo ID.

Do you offer a student discount?

Student discounts are available for full-time students currently registered under an accredited educational institution. The age criteria for availing the student discount is between the ages of 15 and 24.

Can I combine two discount categories?

The discounts or offers cannot be combined.

If I’m unable to attend the program after completing registration, do I get a refund?

A refund can be availed only until midnight on November 21st, 2019.

Do you offer special discounts for Armed Forces?

The special discount for Armed Forces is open to serving and retired defence personnel from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force. You will be seated in the Thamirabharani category. If you wish to attend the program seated closer to the dais, please choose a different seating category – Cauvery, Ganga, Bhagirathi, Manasarovar or Kailash, under the regular program fee.
