  • ** For Yogasanas – Increase the holding time of the asanas slowly. Hold for a minimum of 30 secs. As you get comfortable, you can gradually increase the holding time by 15 secs. You can increase the holding time to upto 90 secs for each asana.
  • *** Those who have not learned the Shakti Chalana Kriya can do Simha Kriya 3–5 times a day.
  • **** Those who have not done the Samyama program can do 20 mins of Sukha Kriya and 20 mins of AUM chanting.
