Youth & Truth

To start off the conversation, Siddharth began with a question on anger. Sadhguru replied that youth being in rage is not a solution. “Rage is the act of a helpless man,” he said, “because if there is a situation which you know how to handle, you wouldn’t get angry.” Sadhguru concluded by asking, “When you are angry, there is a certain force and passion and intensity. But if you sit here with a million times more intensity than when you were angry, and still remain with a calm mind, wouldn’t you be more effective?”
