Inner Engineering Program in Nepal on 28 April
Isha’s flagship Inner Engineering (IE) Program will be held in Kathmandu, Nepal from April 28 to May 4, at the Annapurna Hotel. This is the second IE in Nepal, and it looks set to be as popular as the first one held in December 2014.
Chhaya Sharma, who participated in the first program, talks about how IE has transformed her life, and why many other should experience this too. “After IE and my daily practice, I feel very much at ease with myself. There is a deep sense of satisfaction and joy from within, which makes me want to make others happy with little gestures within my means.
Bishan Thapa has had a similar experience and speaks of how IE has been a true miracle. “I was always searching for some spiritual miraculous experiences, but since IE, and four months into the Shambhavi Mahamudra, I am able to handle the situations of daily life without being stressed. That has been a true miracle for me.”
Several participants from the December IE have been volunteering to organize the second installment, and make it an exhilarating experience for participants.
Sarita R Shrestha says, “Doing the Shambhavi Mahamudra has brought positive changes in my life. It has been a priority in my life to share this experience with family and friends. I would love to volunteer and do whatever I can to make the next IE a grand success.”
Neeru Khatri says her friends and family are excited to be a part of the program. “I am extremely excited and am looking forward to the IE program because there are so many friends, family members and colleagues who can't wait to experience it. And personally, it will give me a great opportunity to experience the spirit of volunteering.”
