The journey involves traveling to an altitude of 12,000 feet. To make the most of the Himalayan sojourn, we strongly recommend that you start an exercise regime at least a month prior to the trip which includes:

  • Daily brisk walking or jogging for 5 km.

  • Those who have already taken an Isha program are advised to maintain a daily practice of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, Isha Kriya, Hatha Yoga, or Shakthi Chalana Kriya.

Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, alcohol, and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited for the entire duration of the program.
