A Key Resource Leader (KRL) is a highly accomplished industrialist and a prominent speaker in the INSIGHT program. During the program, the program host will conduct a session with each KRL to delve into their journey of success and share insights with the audience. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session with the KRLs. Notable past KRLs have included personalities like Ratan Tata (Chairman Emeritus, Tata Sons), Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw (Chairperson & Founder, Biocon), and Narayana Murthy (Co-Founder, Infosys), among others.

Resource Leaders are highly experienced individuals from diverse industries who offer valuable insights and guidance during the Insight program. Throughout the program, a Resource Leader will be assigned to your table, allowing you the chance for one-on-one interactions. They will guide you through sessions and various workshop-style activities, allowing you to ask questions and seek their expertise. Recent Resource Leaders include notable professionals like Madhukar Kamath (Executive Chairman, DDB Mudra Group) and Gajendra Chandel (Former President, Tata Motors).

A Speaker is an experienced individual with expertise in a particular field, offering insights on topics such as disruption, scaling up, innovation, and more. Speakers bring valuable learning to participants. For instance, in Insight 2022, Gautam Saraogi (CEO & Founder, GoColors!) discussed his successful efforts to diversify his business and establish innovative distribution channels in the textile industry. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions to the Speaker during a Q&A session following their presentation.

Yes, accommodation is provided at the Isha Yoga Center on an individual-occupancy basis as part of the program. The Isha Yoga Center offers comfortable and clean residential facilities to ensure a conducive environment for learning and inner exploration.

The accommodation will be provided on an individual-occupancy basis. 

Complimentary pick-up and drop-off services are included in the program. We offer transportation to and from anywhere within Coimbatore city limits, including the airport, railway station, and bus stand.

Participants are advised to bring traditional Indian clothes or smart casuals for leadership sessions, and loose and comfortable attire for Yoga sessions. Additionally, remember to bring personal items like prescribed medications, chargers for electronic devices, and business cards for networking. Please carry a pair of trekking or sports shoes in case a short trek is planned.
