TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GEN A: ENTREPRENEURSHIP BOOTCAMP PROGRAM

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms & Conditions/Terms”) are legally binding between you ("You") and Isha Education ("We" or "Us") for your registration to participate in “Gen A Entrepreneurship Bootcamp Program” (“Program”). 

You agree that by registering for this Program and accessing this website https://isha.sadhguru.org/leadership-academy ("Site"), You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with all of these Terms, then You are expressly prohibited from using the Site and You must discontinue its use immediately.

You hereby represent and warrant that You are competent to enter into these Terms. You confirm that You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to revise the Terms & Conditions  at any time and at Our sole discretion. 

1. User Registration: 

a. The minimum age limit to participate in the Program is 18 years. 

b. To register for the Program, You must provide complete and accurate details/information as asked for in the application page.

c. Your application shall be vetted by Us and we may ask for additional information or clarifications from You. You agree to allow Us to contact You in such a case using the information provided by You in your application. In these Terms, You shall be considered as the person who completed the Booking.

d. You agree that your application is subject to approval post an interview with Us. You agree that We are not required to provide You with any reasons for any acceptance or rejection.

c. Your registration for the Program will be complete only after You receive a confirmation email, confirming Your registration and participation.  

d. The Program registrations are subject to availability. The Program start date is 15 August 2025.

e. If You are accessing the Site from outside the territory of India, then You must be of competent age to enter into a contract as per the local laws of Your location.

f. We use a third party platform called Merrito to evaluate your application. When you click on “Apply Now” from our Site, you shall be redirected to the application form which is owned and operated by Merrito. All information shared by You from this point forward shall be subject to Merrito’s privacy policy.

2. Payment: 

a. The payment must be made in full, according to the chosen category, before the commencement of the Program. 

b. We accept the following mode of payments, i.e., Debit / Credit Cards, Net Banking. For overseas participants payment can also be made through wire transfer. For Indian participants, payments can also be made through the RTGS/ NEFT process. 

c. In the event the prerequisites as mentioned in these Terms & Conditions are not fulfilled, We reserve the right to cancel Your registration and the refund will be done as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy provided below.

3. Refund, Cancellation and Substitution Policy: 

a. You cannot substitute your registration with someone else for this Program. 

b. Your request for cancellation should be sent in writing to leadership@ishainsight.org and is subject to approval.

c. If You cancel your registration 30 days prior to the Program, You will be issued a refund of 50% of the Program Fees.

d. Cancellations received between 30 days and 15 days (including the 30th and excluding the 15th day) prior to the Program start date, will be issued a refund of 30% of the Program fees.

e. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received 15 days prior to the Program start date (including the 15th day).

f. You may carry forward your nomination to the next year subject to a 15% re-registration charge. Your request for cancellation / substitution should be sent in writing by the person who completed the booking to leadership@ishainsight.org and is subject to approval. 

g. There will not be any refund of the application fees paid for the Program.

h. Please double-check the invoice details before submitting the form, since they will be used to generate the invoice. Once generated the invoice cannot be altered.

Please Note:

a. All refund & cancellation requests should be sent to: leadership@ishainsight.org from the registered email ID of the person who completed the booking. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

b.  The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents wherever needed.

c. The refund request will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID provided that all the required documents are in order.

d. In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

4. Program Terms and Conditions:

a. The Program start date is 15 August 2025 at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore.

b. The Program shall consist of 26 sessions staggered over a 52 week period.

c. Your attendance for each session of the Program is mandatory. Failure to attend any session may result in expulsion from the Program. You shall not be entitled to any refund in this case. 

d. Sessions may take place either at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore or Sadhguru Sannidhi, Chikkaballapur - as communicated to You from time to time (both places shall be collectively referred to as the “Venue” herein).

e. You shall be responsible for incurring any travel expenses to and from the Venue or any accommodation on days when there is no Program session.

f. As a part of the Program, you shall participate in other programs like Inner Engineering, offered by Isha Foundation, and You agree to fully participate in these programs as well. 

g. You acknowledge that participation in the Programs, using any Program materials and visiting our Site is done voluntarily, You have exercised your own judgement, have done Your own due diligence and You alone are 100% solely and personally responsible for your participation in our Programs and for any outcomes or results that result therefrom (whether positive or negative) including any financial harm.

5. Food and Accommodation:  

a. The Program registration includes food and accommodation for the Program participants

b. You will be allocated dormitory stay at the Venue, wherever the Program sessions are scheduled.

c. If You wish to arrive early and/or extend Your visit beyond the Program dates, You may do so by booking accommodation for that period in advance. For assistance, please visit: cottage.isha.in. 

6. Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Websites:

The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that Your use of the Site services will be at Your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and Your use thereof, including, without limitation, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Site’s content or the content of any websites linked to this Site and We will assume no liability or responsibility for any (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and materials, (2) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from Your access to and use of the Site, (3) any unauthorized access to or use of Our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (4) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site, (5) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party, and/or (6) any errors or omissions in any content and materials or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Site. We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third-party through the Site, any hyperlinked website, or any website or mobile application featured in any banner or other advertising, and We will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between You and any third-party providers of products or services.  The terms and conditions provided in the third-party website would be applicable for your transactions on those websites. Your interaction with this website does not mean that the terms of the third-party website are not applicable for your transaction therein.

7. Medical Guidelines: 

a. You shall ensure that all the information provided is true and complete.

b. You must carry Your regular medications while attending the Program.

c. In the event of a medical condition arising during the Program, You agree to abide by the recommendations made in Your best interests by the medical team in charge of the Program.

d. This might include taking medications, referral to a nearby hospital for further care, discontinuing the Program or leaving the Program venue.

e. You fully understand the risks involved when contracted with infectious and communicable diseases and are aware of all the regulations/safety guidelines in this regard. You undertake that You will strictly follow the same. You shall not hold Us responsible for Your acts of negligence in this regard and shall indemnify Us from any liability arising out of it.

f. If You do not comply with the recommendations of the medical team, You will be requested to discontinue the Program.

  1. You acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible nor liable to You should you sustain physical injuries or any negative ramifications.

8. Admission: 

We reserve the right to allow admission into the Venue and/cancellation of Your participation at Our sole discretion.  

9. Code of Conduct: 

You agree to behave in such a way as to create a safe, supportive, learning environment while at the Program. You shall comply with the following:

a. Dress Code - Both men and women should wear clothing that covers shoulders, upper arms, midriff, and legs down to their ankles. Tight or transparent clothing should not be worn.

b. Behaviour - You are expected to uphold the sanctity, serenity, and safety of the Venue through respectful and lawful conduct at all times. You are required to comply with all applicable laws and adhere to a strict code of ethical and personal behavior. Any act of assault, harassment (including verbal, physical, emotional, or sexual), child abuse, sexual misconduct, stalking, exploitation, or any other form of unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. Discriminatory or offensive speech or conduct—whether explicit or implied—based on race, caste, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, age, or disability will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

c. Consumption - You agree not to smoke, drink alcohol or consume any hallucinogenic or banned drug at the Venue premises.

d. Consequences - Participants engaging or threatening to engage in such behavior will be asked to leave the Program immediately, and such Participants will not be eligible to receive a refund of any fees paid towards their participation in the Program.

If You witness such behavior mentioned above, please promptly contact the Program Volunteers in order to take appropriate action. We reserve the right to initiate legal action or follow the due process of law if You violate the code of conduct or any laws.

10. Assumption of Risk: 

You acknowledge and agree that Your attendance and participation in the Program is voluntary. Since attending any of the sessions could involve the physical activity of learning Yoga, You agree to assume the risks associated with attending and participating in the Program to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.  To the extent permissible by law, You agree to indemnify Us against any and all claims, actions, losses and damages arising out of or relating to Your participation in the Program.

11. Information About You: 

You consent to the collection and use of Your personal information that You provide in connection with the Program, by Us.  We will use Your information to send details and announcements related to the Program to You. Any personal information that You provide to Us online will be handled in accordance with the laws and regulations of India. We are committed to protecting Your personal information and Your right to privacy. Our Privacy Policy governs the privacy policies of Our Site. You agree that We may use any information that We obtain about You in accordance with the provisions of Our Privacy Policy. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully as it will help You make informed decisions about sharing Your personal information with Us. 

12. License to Use Items: 

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Program, You grant Us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license throughout the world and in perpetuity to reproduce, edit, publish, distribute or translate, for promotional / educational purposes, all or any part of the following items ("Items"): (a) all still photographs (b) all audio and video recordings in connection with the Program. You consent to the use of the Items pursuant to the foregoing in perpetuity without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from You and waive any moral rights You may have in the Items.

13. Waiver of Liability: 

In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in the Program, You hereby warrant and represent that You are at least 18 years of age and above and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue Us  or Our members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that You may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the Program, unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of Us. This Waiver of Liability is specifically binding upon Your heirs and assigns and is knowingly given by You.

14. Force Majeure: 

In the event that it is made impossible or impracticable or illegal for Us to proceed with or carry out this Program in whole or in part, due to any natural calamity, general or specific order of government, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, war, strike, demonstrations, lockout, pandemic, epidemic, destruction of its facilities, riot, insurrection, materials unavailability, or any other cause(s) beyond Our reasonable control,  and as a result thereof, We may delay, postpone, reschedule, terminate and/or cancel this Program, We will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Participant.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: 

If there is any conflict between these terms and rules and/or specific Terms & Conditions appearing on this Site relating to specific material, then the latter shall prevail. 

Any and all controversy(ies) / disputes) / difference(s)/ claim(s) / claim(s) in tort arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this Terms and Conditions, including its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration of sole Arbitrator nominated by the Council for National and International Commercial Arbitration (CNICA), having its registered office at Unit No.208, Raheja Towers, No:113-134, Anna Salai, Chennai 600002 as per CNICA Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Rules and conducted under online platform www.cnica-odr.com. The arbitration must follow the ODR process and CNICA-ODR Rules shall prevail. All matters in the arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 

The place of arbitration shall be Chennai and the language to be used in the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The award of the arbitration proceedings will be final and binding on both Parties to the Agreement.

In the event of the Arbitration failing and/or aggrieved by such Arbitral Award, then either party shall be free to take legal action against the other party in the manner as provided under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, in which case the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

16. Limitations of Liability:

In no event will We or Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from Your use of the Site, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Our liability to You for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action will at all times be limited to the cost of the Program.  

17. Indemnification:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless, including Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your participation in the Program and/or breach of these Terms & Conditions. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Us, and You agree to cooperate, at Your expense, with such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it. 

18. Miscellaneous:

a. The Terms & Conditions listed herein are subject to change from time to time. Any modifications to the "Terms & Conditions" will be posted on the Site and shall be notified to You through email. The modified Terms & Conditions shall also be binding upon You. 

b. You agree that Your failure to adhere to any of the Terms & Conditions set out above or any other provision of these Terms & Conditions shall constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions on Your part, which may result in the termination of Your access to the Site and/or participation in the Program.

c. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms & Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between You and Us as a result of these Terms & Conditions or use of the Site. 

d. You agree that these Terms & Conditions will not be construed against Us by virtue of having drafted them.

  • The information stated herein above is true and if found false, I understand that I will not be allowed to stay at the Venue for any purpose/program, and furthermore, any program or other fee will not be reimbursed or refunded.
