Completion of Inner Engineering, including Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, is a prerequisite for attending this program.

Yes, individuals from outside India can participate in this program. You can register using only Indian payment methods. Please ensure you register and receive your e-receipt before booking your flight tickets. Additionally, please take care of any visa and travel requirements, including having a valid passport.

The program starts at 3:00 PM IST and ends at 12:00 AM IST. As a large number of people are expected to participate in the program, it is recommended to arrive at least 3 hours ahead of the program start time to allow sufficient time for check-in.

No, this is an in-person program. A livestream will not be available.
As this is an experiential program with Sadhguru, punctuality is critical to experience it in its entirety. We urge you to arrange your travel and arrival to afford yourself ample time for full participation.
Please note that late arrivals will not be allowed entry so as to not disturb other participants. We recommend arriving 3 hours before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and to be seated in time for the commencement of the program.
The program will be conducted in English, and live translation will be available in Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu. If you can understand but do not speak English, you can still participate.
Although there is no specific dress code, we recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing that is appropriate for the weather.
No, childcare will not be available during the program.
No, the seating will be common for both.
Group registration is not available for this program. Each participant needs to be registered individually.
It would be best to come with as little luggage as possible, as there is no allotted space for storage.
Please note that carrying food inside the venue is not allowed. Simple, healthy food suitable for the program will be provided. There will be water stations available throughout the venue. However, we request that you bring your own water bottle.
No, taking photos and videos inside the program hall is not permitted.
Although it is not mandatory, you may bring a small seating cushion or a meditation mat for you to sit comfortably through the program.
Yes, chairs will be provided if you have difficulty sitting on the floor. When you reach your seating bay, please request a chair from one of the volunteers.
Overnight accommodation is currently unavailable at Sadhguru Sannidhi Bengaluru. Information regarding accommodation close to the venue will be made available soon.
Please ensure that you complete your registration for the program before booking accommodation.
Bus facilities for participants will be available on a paid basis from various points in Bengaluru. Information regarding travel will be made available soon.
Simple, healthy food suitable for the program will be served during the day. Water filling stations will be available throughout the program venue. However, we request that you bring your own water bottle.
Bengaluru is a major IT hub in India and is well connected by air, rail, and road. Airlines operate regular flights to Bengaluru from all major cities in India and overseas. Train services are available from all major cities in India. Regular bus and taxi services are also available from Bengaluru city to Chikkaballapura town, which is the closest town to Sadhguru Sannidhi Bengaluru. Regular bus service is also available from Chikkaballapura town to Sadhguru Sannidhi.

Yes, there is paid parking available at the venue. Due to the high number of participants anticipated, we recommend arriving at least 3 hours before the program begins.
Volunteering opportunities are limited. If you wish to experience and go through the program, we recommend you register as a participant.
