This represents the first time Isha Foundation is offering the opportunity for regular guided sessions to deepen one’s sadhana. The yogashalas have been designed keeping in mind the importance of having a conducive atmosphere to enhance the experience of Isha Hatha Yoga practices.

Offering programs in an organised, high quality, and holistic format, Isha Yogashala is an invitation to anyone and everyone seeking a transformation by making classical Hatha Yoga a part of their lives. We extend opportunities to everyone to join, build upon their learnings, and continue their sadhana regularly in the dedicated spaces provided by Isha Yogashala.

All programs and guided sessions are conducted by trained teachers who have undergone 1750+ hours of rigorous training at the Isha Yoga Centre and are certified by the Isha School of Hatha Yoga. Under the guidance of Sadhguru, these teachers offer classical Hatha Yoga in its full depth and dimension.

At its very core, Isha Yogashala offers five ancient and powerful practices that transform the body and mind into greater possibilities: Upa Yoga, Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, and Bhuta Shuddhi.

These Isha Hatha Yoga practices, selected and designed by Sadhguru, are geared towards everyone being able to access the gift of classical hatha yoga. These programs do not have any prerequisites. They are suitable for beginners as well as those who may consider themselves as advanced practitioners of yoga.

These options, accessible in the form of Isha Yogashala Memberships, mark the first time Isha Foundation is offering regular guided sessions for classical hatha yoga. This is an unparalleled opportunity to deepen one’s sadhana and enable transformation.

 

Participants signing up for memberships can choose between 1 hour guided sessions, 4 times or 6 times a week, for Upa Yoga, Angamardana, Surya Kriya, and Yogasanas. These are available as 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month memberships. The membership pricing depends on the duration of membership and frequency of guided sessions chosen.
