On 15th December, Sadhguru was invited to speak at the YPO South Asia Regional Retreat in Kolkatta, addressing over 300 members of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

The YPO is a global network of young chief executives. With approximately 20,000 members in more than 100 countries, YPO and its graduate organization, WPO (World Presidents’ Organization) share a founding mission - Better Leaders Through Education and Idea Exchange. Coming in contact with the group at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Sadhguru has regularly spoken at their events in various parts of the world since 2007.

Sadhguru took questions from the audience on issues ranging from spirituality and business to wealth and enterprise. Speaking on the role of wealth and power, Sadhguru mentioned that the wealthiest are not always the most powerful in any given society. Citing the example of Mahatma Gandhi, he said that the important thing was to bring the necessary inspiration into people, if one wants to truly influence them.
