These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions/Terms”) are legally binding between you (“You“) and Isha Foundation (“Isha” or “We” or “Us”).

This Webpage (https://isha.sadhguru.org/free-sadhguru-downloads/) and all associated information and Free Sadhguru Downloads and Adiyogi Design File (“Content”) have been offered subject to the following terms. By visiting our Webpage and accessing the information and Content we provide for You, either directly or indirectly, You agree to use these Contents only for the purposes permitted by (a) the following terms and (b) applicable laws, regulations. Your use of and access to the Content herein are expressly conditioned upon your compliance with and acceptance of this Terms of Use.

You agree to use the Content according to the terms laid out below:

  1. Scope: Isha has made the Content available to you, in order to reach the public at large for them to imbibe yogic sciences. The use of the Content shall be subject to the following terms and conditions.
  2. Intellectual Property: Isha owns all rights, titles and interests in all of the Content. Nothing in this Terms of Use agreement shall be construed as granting You any copyright or other intellectual property rights and all rights shall be retained by us. Subject to the following terms, You may extract, reuse, reproduce and share the Content.
  3. Media formats: You are authorised to reproduce and share the Content in all media and formats.
  4. You may use the Content, in any form by rental, service, hosting, time sharing arrangement or demonstration of the Content to any third party.
  5. Requirement for attribution: If you share the Content, You must retain identification of Isha Foundation.  All materials published by You shall carry, wherever necessary or permissible, the following copyrights notice: “©Isha Foundation. All Rights Reserved.”
  6. Moral Rights and Right of Integrity: Moral rights such as the right of integrity are not licensed under this Terms of Use, nor are publicity, privacy and/or other similar personality rights. You must ensure that the message(s) contained within the Content are not distorted, modified, mutilated or misrepresented or any other untoward act, and complies with all the terms set out in this agreement.
  7. If you learn of any actual or potential infringement of the Content through piracy, or if any piracy claim is made against you by a party other than Isha in connection with your use of the Content, you must notify Isha immediately by writing to freedownloads@sadhguru.org.
  8. You acknowledge that you will not claim any intellectual property rights over the Content or object or do copyright strike in any way to our use of it.
  9. You agree to remove any Content that you have shared on any platform as and when requested by Isha.
  10. You understand that your use of the Content does not give you exclusive right of use over it and the Content has been made available to anyone who wishes to make use of it within the parameters mentioned here. This means, among other things, you may not hinder other users from using the Content.
  11. You shall not use misleading, misrepresenting or inappropriate thumbnails, imagery, titles, audio, amongst others, within the Content.
  12. You shall not make any translation(s), dub over any of the Content, make video or audio recordings of articles, blogs or books. If you wish to translate to any language, please contact global.languages@ishafoundation.org.
  13. Subtitles may be used as long as it is in the same language as in the video Free Sadhguru Downloads. However, subtitles should not be in other languages, changed in any manner whatsoever or be misleading or misrepresenting the actual video Free Sadhguru Downloads.
  14. Nothing in these terms constitutes or may be construed as permission to assert or imply that You are, or that Your use of the Content is, connected with, or sponsored, endorsed, or granted official status by Isha.
  15. Accessing (or attempting to access) any of our Content, by any means other than through the means we provide, is strictly prohibited. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of our Content through any automated unethical or unconventional means.
  16. Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Content, including the servers and/or networks at which our Content is located or to which they are connected is strictly prohibited.
  17. You are solely responsible for any consequences, loss or damage which Isha may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by You as described above and which may incur criminal or civil liability.
  18. When You use the Content, You must not:
    1. In any way breach any applicable law or regulation;
    2. Infringe the copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of third parties;
    3. In any way be abusive, vulgar, obscene, offensive, unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, blasphemous, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to any person;
    4. Violate the privacy or other personal rights of anybody;
    5. Have the intention of harming or attempting to harm minors or adults in any way;
    6. Post unauthorised advertising or solicit other visitors;
    7. Misrepresent Sadhguru, Isha and any of its offerings.
    8. Knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed and intended to adversely affect the operation of any computer software, hardware or Content on this Webpage;
    9. Use this Webpage to inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Webpage of any third party.
  19. You are solely responsible for any consequences, loss or damage which Isha may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to Your use of the Content and which may incur any liability.
  20. The Content is offered as-is and as-available, and Isha makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the Content, whether express, implied, statutory, or other. This includes, without limitation, warranties or title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, absence of errors, whether or not known or discoverable.
  21. The authorisation for the use of the Content is given by Isha only for Sadhguru’s videos and audio shared through/on this Webpage and Adiyogi Design File. These terms do not apply to any other content such as the content found in other Isha and Sadhguru social media handles, DVD and USB content, Daily Mystic Quotes, blogs, books, Sounds of Isha soundtracks, yoga and meditation videos and Sadhguru Exclusive etc.
  22. In the event of any dispute between the Parties, the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction on such disputes. If there is any conflict between these terms and rules and/or specific Terms & Conditions appearing on this Site relating to specific material, then the latter shall prevail. These Terms & Conditions and Your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Changes and Modifications: We may change or amend these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you through this page. Your use of the Web Page and Content after the date such change(s) become effective will constitute consent to the changed terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must immediately stop using the Webpage and the Content. Otherwise, the new terms will apply to you.
