    1. You can do spot jumping to temporarily unblock your nose and then do nadi shuddhi
    2. Usually Sadhguru says, for any new practice to establish in the system and for any visible benefits, it takes a mandala or 40 days.

    We are sorry, but we do not know about other sites and cannot comment on their procedures. At Isha, Nadi Shuddhi is practiced as has been taught by Sadhguru ie inhale and exhale through the same nostril and then change.

    We should do nadi shuddi for minimum 4 minutes. But is their any upper limit to it? Can i do it for half an hour or many hours?
