Day 3 - June 20

As we approach the summer solstice on June 21, it was only appropriate that Day 3 of Darshan began with "Surya Ashtakam," an octet offering salutations to the Sun God. Sadhguru talked about the whole existence being a play of the five elements - earth, water, fire, wind and space. By purifying these five elements one can experience what is beyond the materialistic world. He went on to explain the significance of Bhuta Shuddhi and how it helps to purify the five elements.

Questions to Sadhguru were - "How is it that, even though we have diverse cultures, languages, our nation is able to hold itself as a single entity?" and "As we are becoming an affluent society, the younger generation is falling prey to addictions. How to prevent this?" Darshan ended with Sadhguru singing "Uyir Nokkam" song to which the crowd jumped up to their feet and danced in abandon.

Day 2 - June 19

Day 2 of Darshan began on a vibrant note with the lead song "Bharatam, Mahabharatam" from the Mahabharat program. And that set the tone of the Darshan. Sadhguru spoke about the significance of "Bharat" and the importance of Indian culture. Questions ranged from "What should I, as a citizen, do for my nation?" to "What should I do as a primary school teacher to ensure my students become wonderful human beings?" The darshan came to a close with another beautiful rendition of Thevaram by Isha Samskriti.
